Genk sporting director has sent out a come-and-get-Onuachu message to Premier League giants Liverpool after the striker did not make a widely expected big transfer this summer.
Onuachu fired 35 goals last season for his Belgian club, but he still did not make the big-money transfer many had predicted.
And now sporting director Dimitri De Conde said he believes the giant Nigeria striker best fits Liverpool after he was linked with various Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window.
“Have you seen Liverpool vs Chelsea? Liverpool have top strikers, but none with the profile of Onuachu,” he told Het Belang van Limbug.
“He would have scored against ten men (Chelsea).
“I’m not saying Paul would complete 90 minutes every week at Liverpool, but a club like that could really use him.”
Onuachu still has three years on his Genk contract with reports suggesting his club valuation is around 25 Million Euros.
