CAF and the local organisers have agreed to throw open the gates at matches of the 2025 AFCON in Morocco.
There has been little local interest in matches that do not involves hosts Morocco and CAF have now said fans will be allowed in for games at the tournament where attendances are poor.
The fans will be allowed in 20 minutes after the kick-off.
This was the case for Monday’s game in Agadir between Egypt and Zimbabwe as well as that between Algeria and Sudan in Rabat Wednesday.
Morocco are co-hosts for the 2030 World Cup.
