Galatasaray President Dursun Ozbek has commented on the transfer of Victor Osimhen from Napoli.
The club boss said Galatasaray and Napoli are now putting the final details to the transfer, which is the biggest ever in Turkish football history.
He said Osimhen loves Galatasaray.
