Galatasaray plan to recoup part of the 75 Million Euros they have splashed to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent basis after they increased the gate fees for Saturday’s pre-season friendly against Italian club Lazio during which the Super Eagles striker will sign his new contract.
The event is slated for 6pm local time, which is 4pm in Nigeria.
Turkish media outlet Fotomac has reported that Galatasaray hope to rake in at least Five Million Euros from Saturday’s event at the RAMS Park through the increased gate fees as well as the sale of Osimhen merchandise at their various stores.
It is reckoned that this is about 7% of what the Turkish champions have forked out to get Osimhen to play for them in the next three seasons with an option for an additional year.
