Blackburn Rovers and Alebiosu were coasting to a 2-1 victory at Wolves before the home team profited from a controversial late call from which they scored to draw 2-2.
Alebiosu, who was named the official Man of the Match, has now commented on that decision.
“We’re frustrated, the boys have done everything to get the three points,” the right fullback said.
“The ball has been played and I thought I was outside the box.
“Obviously, the decision has gone against us.
“Just the final details with the penalty is frustrating.
“If we play like this every week, we’ll go far in the table.”
Blackburn Rovers manager Tony Mowbray insisted that from what he has seen, the handball was outside the box.
“Well, having been in the dressing room and watched the still pictures, it looks outside the box,” he said.
“The still picture suggests to me it’s outside the box.”
