Frank Onyeka, who has been recalled to the Super Eagles, could be the next player to make a big-money transfer to the Premier League in England.
According to various reports, Olayinka could this summer make the big transition to the Premier League with newly promoted Brentford with a transfer fee of 10 million Pounds being mentioned.
The owners of Onyeka’s Danish club FC Midtjylland also won Brentford, who Sunday beat Swansea City to return to the top league in England after 74 years of absence.
Onyeka was widely expected to quit Denmark in the January window, but he did not attract the offer that suited his club.
Last year, Belgian champions Club Brugge tabled a 3.5 Million Euros bid for the defensive midfielder, which was rejected by Midtjylland.
The Danish club have placed a 10 Million Euros price tag on the player, who joined them four years ago and has a contract with them till 2024.
