Emmanuel Dennis will now most certainly not feature for Nottingham Forest this season in the Premier League after he was left out of their official 25-man squad for the campaign.
The Super Eagles forward was not named by Forest in the first four matchday squads for the new season.
He is now in a race to beat tomorrow’s transfer deadline in Turkey and sign for a club there.
After an initial reluctance to play in the Turkish Super Lig, Dennis’ representatives have been in talks with Adana Demirspor and Istanbul Basaksehir.
It will be a loan deal with no option to buy.
He was also linked with a Saudi Arabian club.
