The Flying Eagles will move camp away from Abuja soon to enjoy “maximum concentration”, according to coach Aliyu Zubairu.
The Flying Eagles have been in Abuja preparing for the WAFU B U20 AFCON in Togo, which kicks off on October 17.
“We need maximum concentration, which we don’t have in Abuja and so we will change camp, where we will train at least for eight days before we move to Togo,” Zubairu disclosed.
The coach said the U20s will likely shift camp to the Southwest of the country, but the exact location has yet to be confirmed.
The Flying Eagles are drawn against Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso in Group B of the sub-regional U20 AFCON qualifiers in Togo.
