Turkish giants Fenerbache will open talks with French Ligue 1 club Bordeaux in their quest to sign winger Samuel Kalu as a replacement for fellow Nigeria star Bright Osayi-Samuel.
Fenerbahce new coach Vitor Pereira wants reinforcement on the right wing after he was not satisfied with the performances of Bright Samuel-Osayi and Nazim in pre-season friendlies.
According to media reports, Fenerbahce will meet the French team to discuss the terms.
Samuel Kalu, whose main position is right wing, can also play as a left winger and supporting striker.
The 23-year-old star, who has a contract with Bordeaux till the summer of 2023, is currently valued at seven Million Euros on the transfer market.
He was also on the radar of Fenerbahce last season.
Kalu scored four goals and made an assist in 20 games in Ligue 1 last season.
