Falconets face Colombia for U20 World Cup semis

The Falconets will Sunday evening take on Colombia for a place in the semifinal of this year’s U20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.

Colombia pipped hosts Poland 1-0 courtesy of an 89th minute own goal to reach the quarterfinal of the tournament.

The Falconets were more convincing in their own Round of 16 tie after they swept past England 3-0.

The winners of this quarterfinal will tackle either North Korea or Canada.

Kick-off Sunday in Lodz is 5.30 pm.
