Everton manager Frank Lampard has said he hopes Alex Iwobi’s injury is “not too serious”.

Iwobi suffered an ankle injury against Manchester United in Friday night’s FA Cup Third Round tie when he was tackled by Tyrell Malacia.
He had to be stretchered off the pitch after the tackle.
“We hope it’s not too serious,” Lampard said.
“It’s an ankle ligament injury, we hope it’s a lesser one.
“He will have a scan to confirm.”
Iwobi has been one of Everton top performers in another season that they have struggled.
