Everton manager Frank Lampard broke his hand when he celebrated Alex Iwobi’s 99th minute winner at home against Newcastle United Thursday night.
Iwobi broke the deadlock deep into stoppage time when he slotted home from inside the box after a great combination with Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
It was a great response by Iwobi to the Everton fans who have been knocking the Super Eagles star for not living up to expectations.
The win ensured Everton, who played a man short late on, go three points clear of the relegation zone in the Premier League.
