Turkish media reports have suggested that Nottingham Forest have made a renewed €2.1 million offer to bring Paul Omo Mukairu to England.
The English club are tenth in the English second division and are looking for offensive reinforcements.
Mukairu must therefore provide the necessary goals and assists.
Mukairu has been playing for Turkish Super Lig strugglers Antalyaspor this season on return from a loan stint at Belgian club Anderlecht.
He has thus far scored four goals in 19 matches.
Last season, the winger scored four goals and made as many assists in 29 games for Anderlecht.
