Luton Town striker Elijah Adebayo is in the running for the Premier League Player of the month of January.
Adebayo fired the first-ever hat-trick by a Luton Town player on the last day of last month.
It was against Brighton.
Seven years ago, the 26-year-old striker was playing non-league football.
He is eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his parents.
The other nominees for the award are Conor Bradley, Kevin De Bruyne, Diogo Jota, Gabriel and Richarlison.
