The Italian Serie A plans to test all players including Nigeria stars William Ekong (Udinese), Victor Moses (Inter Milan) and Ola Aina (Torino) for the Coronavirus before the competition could restart.
Italian federation boss Gabriele Gravina has disclosed a plan to restart the Serie A after it was put on hold on March 9 on account of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Gravina said this test could be done in early May.
However, the football boss could not put a date to when the league will resume, insisting “as soon as the health situation allows”.
The Coronavirus Pandemic has killed more than 20,000 people in Italy alone.
