Reigning Belgian cup holders Antwerp were starring elimination as visiting Charleroi led 2-0 after half an hour, before Ejuke pulled a goal back on 45 minutes.
Young George Ilenikhena, who has Nigerian roots, then grabbed a brace in the second half for Antwerp to win 5-2.
Ejuke, 25, who last played for the Super Eagles in September 2022, has hit good form after a slow start to life in Belgium on loan from Russian club CSKA Moscow.
He has now scored a goal in the league and another in the cup.
