Nigerian-American goalkeeper Philip Ejimadu is delighted to be part of history making MLS side Los Angeles FC (LAFC) as they reached the final of CONCACAF Gold Cup after they beat Mexican giants Club America in the semifinals.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper told SCORENigeria he is confident they will beat Tigres to the trophy in the final.
“Things are good for us so far. We are very confident of beating Tigers winning the finals against Tigres,”Ejimadu told SCORENigeria
“Our last game which we won against Club America has given us a lot of confidence ahead of the final match.”
He has played for Nacional (Brazil), FC Tucson and San Diego Loyal (both in USA).
