Egypt, Cape Verde and Senegal have swelled the number of African teams who have punched their tickets to the Round of 32 of 2026 World Cup.
South Africa, Morocco, Cote d’Ivoire and Ghana are the other African sides into the next round of the tournament.
Algeria and DR Congo are still in with a chance to reach the last 32 of the competition.
Algeria are on three points and a result tonight against Austria in a final group game would also lift them into the knockout stage, while DRC will need to beat Uzbekistan to stand a chance of also making it beyond the first round.
Tunisia are the first of the 10 African teams who have exited the Mundial.
