Club Brugge midfielder Raphael Onyedika, Frank Onyeka from German Bundesliga club Augsburg and Amas Obasogie are the early birds in the Super Eagles training camp in Abidjan ahead of Thursday’s crucial 2025 AFCON clash against Benin.
Officials told SCORENigeria that more players will come in for the Eagles to have their first training in Abidjan tomorrow.
Home team Benin are already settled for the game as the bulk of the 25-man squad has jetted in.
Nigeria won the first leg of the AFCON qualifiers 3-0 in September in Uyo.
Benin will need a result in the reverse tie to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the AFCON to be staged by Morocco in December 2025.
