African football legend and Chelsea great Didier Drogba has showered praise on Mikel Obi after the ex-Super Eagles captain announced his retirement from football.
Mikel, 35, has called time on a career spanning over two decades.
Drogba, who was Mikel’s teammate at Chelsea, thanked the Jos-born star for some great memories.
“Congratulations my brother for your successful career,” Drogba said on social media.
