Cyriel Dessers again caught the eye as he scored the winning goal for Feyenoord to win a Europa Conference League tie 2-1 at Union Berlin, who paraded fellow Super Eagles striker Taiwo Awoniyi.
Scores in this Group E clash were tied at 1-1 before Dessers came off the bench to snatch the match winner on 72 minutes.
The 26-year-old Dessers made his Eagles debut last year against Tunisia, but he has since been overlooked by coach Gernot Rohr.
Awoniyi, who has netted twice in this competition, was a 59th minute sub for Bundesliga outfit Union Berlin.
Dutch club Feyenoord remain top of the group with 10 points from four matches, while Union Berlin are bottom on three points.
