Cyriel Dessers was again the hero for Rangers after he scored a stoppage time equaliser against Ukranian giants Dynamo Kyiv in a UEFA Champions League third qualifying round match.
Rangers went behind after 38 minutes played as the hosts broke down the right with Vladyslav Vanat playing a dangerous ball across the face of goal and into the path of Andriy Yarmolenko, who made no mistake in striking home.
Rangers continued to push for their equaliser and got it late as Super Eagles striker Cyriel Dessers finished low beyond the goalkeeper after a Vaclav Cerny ball to draw the tie level ahead of next week’s return leg.
His Super Eagles teammate Leon Balogun played the full 90 minutes, putting in a solid shift in defence.
