Italy World Cup-winning skipper Fabio Cannavaro has backed Napoli and Victor Osimhen, who he described as a “crazy horse”, to be Serie A champions.
Napoli are top of the Serie A after winning their first seven matches thus far.
Cannavaro told Gazzetta dello Sport Napoli, Juventus as well as Milan giants, Inter and AC, are his favourites to win the Scudetto this season.
“Spalletti’s team look like a wall at times and have different solutions,” he said.
“(Victor) Osimhen was thought to be a crazy horse, but in the box, he knows how to hurt the opponents.”
Osimhen was named Serie A Player of the Month of September and has so far netted four goals in six appearances in the league.
