Samuel Chukwueze was sensational as he scored a goal and produced some amazing dribble tricks for Villarreal, but mighty Real Madrid fought back in the second half to reach the quarterfinal of the Copa dey Rey in Spain.

The Super Eagles winger fired home just before halftime from well inside the box to double Villarreal lead.
This was his 15th Goals/assist contribution for the 2022/2023 season (8 Goals, 7 Assists), which surpassed what he achieved in the 2018/19 season (10 Goals, 4 Assists).
He is most certainly enjoying his football again in Spain.
Chukwueze also emerged a social media sensation as his mazy dribble runs against Germany international defender Rudiger won the spotlight.

‘Samu’ literally turned hardman Rudiger inside-out several times by the corner flag as Villarreal pressed for more goals.
He had done same 12 days earlier in La Liga.
However, Real fought back to win this tie 3-2 to reach the last eight of the cup competition.
