Samuel Chukwueze is the latest transfer target for Turkish giants Trabzonspor.
Last season, the Super Eagles winger played on loan at Fulham from AC Milan.
Premier League club Fulham will not take up the option to sign the 27-year-old Chukwueze on a permanent basis and so he will return to Milan.
Trabzonspor have thus tabled an offer to take Chukwueze on loan for a season with a mandatory option to sign him permanently thereafter.
It has been reported that the offer will be 15 million euros for the player, who has a contract with Milan until 2028 and who cost Milan 21 million euros in 2023.
