Chrisantus Uche may be struggling for game time at Premier League club Crystal Palace, but he has insisted he does not wish for a quick return to Spain.
Uche has signed a season-long loan at Palace from La Liga club Getafe.
Speculations that he may now be forced to return to Spain as he has so far made only three appearances in the Premier League.
Sources close to the player have suggested that he will fight to stay in England as long as he is in the plans for the Palace boss.
He now has a Transfermarkt value of 15 million euros.
