Chelsea are to table a new and improved bid for Samu Omorodion, who has been compared as the new Victor Osimhen.
Omorodion, 20, is the No 1 transfer target of the Premier League and he has also been given his green light for this move, according to Top Transfer Expert Nicolo Schira.
They have already put forward a contract until 2031 to the striker, who shone at Alaves last season on loan from La Liga club Atletico Madrid.
This contract comes with an annual salary of 2.5 Million Euros plus bonuses for the first season.
This will increase to Six Million Euros-a-year in the last season (2030/31).
Chelsea first offer of around 45 Million Euros was rejected by Atletico, according to Diario AS.
His release clause is 90 Million Euros and Atletico will want something closer to this amount.
