Chelsea scouts ought to have been very impressed with top transfer target Victor Osimhen when they watched him deliver a hat-trick at Sassoulo.
HITC has reported Chelsea scouts were in the stands to watch Osimhen in a rescheduled Serie A game Wednesday night.
It has been an anti-climax for Napoli since their historic triumph last season.
However, their star striker is now going great guns with five goals in his last three matches since his return to the AFCON with the Super Eagles.
He has now scored 11 goals in 15 appearances in Serie A this season.
