Terem Moffi has spoken for the first time on the many speculations surrounding his future, while also setting a personal goals target for the new season in Belgium.
The 21-year-old striker has continued to be linked with several top clubs, from Galatasaray to Anderlecht, after a sensational start at KV Kortrijk last season during which he scored four goals in seven league matches.
“Club Brugge do not have to call. I take my time”, he told Krant van West-Vlaanderen about a possible transfer.
“Chelsea are my favorite club. But at the moment I am very happy at KV Kortrijk.
“It’s step by step.”
He also revealed that he has set a personal target of 20 goals this season – the same number of goals he netted in Lithuania last year – after he opened his goals account last weekend at KAA Gent.
He will certainly be a top transfer target for Europe’s major clubs should he meet up this double-digit tally.
