Chelsea have confirmed that Ola Aina is on his way to Italian Serie A club Torino.
According to the official website of the London club, the 22-year-old Aina will now move to Torino who have exercised an option to make the deal permanent after he spent a successful season on loan there in 2018/19.
He has spent 11 years at Chelsea during which time he won two FA Youth Cups and two UEFA Youth League titles during a spell of unprecedented success for our Academy.
Aina made his Chelsea debut in a League Cup victory over Bristol Rovers in August 2016 under the management of Antonio Conte, and by the end of that season he had six appearances to his name, including three as a substitute in Chelsea’s victorious Premier League campaign.
He is a versatile player who started his Chelsea career as a right winger before moving into defence and establishing himself as a mobile full-back capable of playing on either side of the pitch, or on occasion at centre-back.
