Enugu Rangers will be battling to qualify for the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup after they lost their first leg playoff 2-1 to hosts ASC Kara of Togo today.
‘The Flying Antelopes’ pegged back the home team after they went ahead in the first half.
However, the Togolese champions snatched the winning goal in the second half.
Rangers now need at least one unreplied goal in Enugu to go through to the group stage on the away goals rule.
Last year, they also featured in the group stage of the same competition.
