Burnley, who have been relegated from the Premier League, have rejected a loan bid for Super Eagles target Lesley Ugochukwu.
Defensive midfielder Ugochukwu, who has been on the radar of Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle, has already attracted a formal bid from Turkish champions Galatasaray.
The reported bid consisted of a €2m loan fee and an option to make the move permanent for €22m.
The bid from Galatasaray only guarantees €2m, and there are no known specific details on how the option can be triggered.
According to Fanatik, Burnley will not let Ugochukwu go on loan and have instead demanded a transfer fee of 35 million euros for his permanent transfer.
