Besiktas have announced that Wilfred Ndidi has begun rehabilitation for a hamstring injury he suffered at the AFCON in Morocco.
Ndidi was replaced in the 69th minute of an AFCON quarterfinal against Algeria on account of the injury.
Besiktas reported that Ndidi underwent an MRI scan under the supervision of the Super Eagles medical staff.
The scan showed he suffered a strain and bleeding of the left hamstring.
The Turkish club did not reveal how long Ndidi will be sidelined by this injury.
