Super Eagles AFCON qualifying group has been thrown wide open now after Benin recorded the same number points with the three-time African champions courtesy of a scoreless draw with hosts Lesotho earlier today.
Both Nigeria and Benin have seven points with the Eagles still to play their fourth game of the series today in Sierra Leone.
Both Sierra Leone and Lesotho are on two points apiece.
A win for Sierra Leone against Nigeria will further throw open this group with two rounds of matches still to be played.
In March, Nigeria will first play host to Lesotho before they travel to Benin for their final qualifier.
