Belgian club Zulte Waregem have signed 18-year-old striker Emeka Anachunam on loan with option to buy after he shone in pre-season build-up.
Anachunam scored four goals in a pre-season friendly against PSV 1820 and was also on target against AEK Athens of Greece.
He signed from Inspire Sport Academy in Nigeria.
“Emeka is a modern striker with a profile that is sought after by many clubs,” said the sports department of the Belgian club.
“He is still young and will need time to adapt to our league, but we believe Essevee is the ideal environment to further develop his potential.”
