Belgian club Genk, who previously featured Paul Onuachu and Tolu Arokodare, are ready to break their transfer record to sign Rafiu Durosinmi, who was recently capped by the Super Eagles.
Genk are ready to splash 10 million euros to sign the 23-year-old Durosinmi, which will be a transfer record for the club.
Pisa were relegated from Serie A last season, which is why Durosinmi now wants to embark on a new adventure. The player himself hopes to make the move to Genk, according to Het Nieuwsblad.
Pisa have lowered their asking price, but they are still demanding 10.5 million euros for the striker.
This is not the first time there has been interest from the Jupiler Pro League in Durosinmi. KAA Gent previously pursued the signature of the 1.92-meter-tall striker, who has only been playing for Pisa since January.
