Atletico Madrid are ready to let go Ademola Lookman just six months after they signed him from Italian club Atalanta, according to Spanish media outlet Fichajes.
The report said Diego Simeone wants the Super Eagles forward out because he has struggled to adapt to his tactics.
The club therefore plan to go along with their long-serving coach so as to build a more cohesive and effective team.
They have since placed a price tag of 60 million euros on the 28-year-old star.
The cash from this move will finance new transfers this summer.
