Tolu Arokodare and Yira Sor both hit target as Genk dumped English Championship kings and Premier League new boys Burnley 2-0 in a pre-season friendly.
Sor put his Belgian club in front early in the first half, before fellow Nigeria star Arokodare doubled their lead in the closing minutes of the encounter.
The win over Premier League new boys Burnley is a huge boost for Genk, who begin their quest to qualify for the UEFA Champions League Tuesday at Swiss side Servette.
Next Saturday, Genk, who finished as runners-up last season, will open their Belgian league campaign at RWDM.
