On Monday night in West London, the Super Eagles striker came off the bench and minutes later he drew his club level at 2-2 in the 77th minute with a diving header.
Moments after the goal, he then saw his powerful header come off the crossbar with the Brentford goalkeeper well beaten.
“I was unlucky (with that effort) , so also Adam Armstrong, when his shot came off the post,” Arokodare lamented.
“It would have been great if those two chances went in, but we will take the point because we started the game not as we wanted with two goals down, but we ended it well.
“We will accept the draw.”
He said he was brought on to add some physical presence to the Wolves attack and the move worked.
Wolves are bottom of the Premier League with 17 points from 31 matches, 12 points from safety.
