Striker Tolu Arokodare has declared his wish is to quit his Latvian club so as to play for top Belgian club Anderlecht.
Arokodare still has years on his contract with Valmeira FC, who have now threatened to report him to FIFA after they claimed he had embarked on strike to force his transfer to Anderlecht.
The tall centre-forward has now gone public that he wishes to move to Belgium.
“Anderlecht would be the ideal step in my career at the moment,” said former Box-to-Box of Lagos striker Arokodare.
“My club could also receive a record sum for me.
“I do not understand that there is no deal at the moment.
“I will also decline any other offer. I want to go to Anderlecht.”
Arokodare, 19, has thus far netted 14 goals in as many matches in Latvia.
His club could pocket as much as a million Euros for the highly-promising striker should he move.
