Tolu Arokodare failed to add to his goals’ tally in the Belgian Jupiler League tonight as fellow Super Eagles star Raphael Onyedika and Club Brugge edged a championship playoff at the death.
Arokodare has so far netted 18 goals, but tonight he was shut out by the Club Brugge defence.
He will later be replaced as Genk pushed for a winning goal.
Onyedika’s Club Brugge needed a 90th minute penalty to win this league topper.
They are now a point behind championship playoffs leaders Genk with seven rounds of matches still to be played.
