Joe Aribo was Man of the Match after he assisted for the all-important opening goal as well as the winning goal for Rangers to reach the semifinal of the UEFA Europa League at the expense of Sporting Braga.
It was Rangers first continental semifinal in 14 years.
The Super Eagles midfielder was in imperial form as he set up his team’s opening goal after just two minutes to cancel out the deficit from the first leg in Portugal a week ago.
Aribo then delivered another assist for the winner in extra time.
Fellow Super Eagles stars Calvin Bassey and Leon Balogun also featured for Rangers.
Scottish champions Rangers will now battle RB Leipzig for a place in the Europa League final.
The first leg will be played on April 28 in Germany with the return game a week later in Scotland.
