Victor Osimhen may have professed his admiration for Juventus and the Italian giants may also have targeted the Super Eagles striker for the summer, but an anti-Italy clause in the agreement between Napoli and Galatasaray on the player will scuttle such a switch.
According to Tuttomercato, there are existing contractual clauses concerning Victor Osimhen’s potential move to Juventus.
When Napoli transferred Osimhen to Galatasaray in the summer of 2025, an anti-Italy clause was included that blocks any return to Serie A.
The clause reportedly lasts for 24 months and includes a penalty of 70 million euros in the first year and 50 million in the second, with the clause ceasing to apply only from September 1, 2027.
If an Italian club want to buy him, Galatasaray must pay the penalty to Napoli, in addition to a 75 million euro investment and a 10% future resale clause in favor of De Laurentiis. Osimhen earns 15 million euros net fixed, which can rise to 21 million with bonuses.
