Anderlecht sports director Peter Verbeke has passed verdict on the players who played on loan at the Belgian club this season and that includes Paul Mukairu.
Mukairu joined Anderlecht in October from Turkish Super Lig side Antalyaspor with a purchase option, which could be activated next month.
He has scored four goals and provided as many assists in all competitions thus far.
Verbeke said the 21-year-old winger did well, so also three other loanees.
“Miazga, Ashimeru, Nmecha and Mukairu have certainly taught us something,” Verbeke told Eleven Sports.
“Wellenreuther was brought in as second goalkeeper and certainly did not do badly.
“Diaby and Larsen have not yet delivered what is expected of them.”
The Anderlecht sports boss praised how creative the club were on the transfer market even without much money to spend.
“So you see that with money you cannot always be sure that it is a good asset,” he said.
