Alhassan Yusuf will tonight in a UEFA Champions League clash against FC Porto get his big chance to regain his first-team place at Antwerp in the absence of injured Mandela Keita.
Midfielder Alhassan lost his starting XI spot to Keita last season as Antwerp went ahead to win both the cup and the league in Belgium.
Keita played on loan from OH Leuven last season before Antwerp paid a record fee to make his transfer permanent.
His emergence consigned Alhassan to the bench and also earned him a call-up to the Red Devils of Belgium.
A knee injury from the weekend league game will sideline Keita till late November at least.
Antwerp have lost their first two group games.
Barcelona and Shakhtar Donetsk are the other teams in this group.
