Jerome Akor was simply unlucky not to score on the opening day of the French Ligue 1 season.

The Montpellier striker was twice denied by the Strasbourg goalkeeper in a 1-1 home draw at the weekend.
The 24-year-old Akor again showed his aerial prowess, but on both occasions his goal-bound headers were pushed to safety by the opposing goalkeeper.
The former Flying Eagles striker was brought down for the penalty for Montpellier to score and draw level to save their blushes in front of their home fans.
He featured for 80 minutes.
He fired eight goals in his first season un the French top flight after moving from Norwegian club Lillestrom.
