Jerome Akor today scored for the second straight game to shoot Lillestrom to the top of the Norwegian league courtesy of a 4-0 thrashing of visiting Jerv.
The former Flying Eagles striker justified his first start for his new club when he opened scoring after 12 minutes with a header.
Last week, the 22-year-old centre-forward came off the bench to salvage a 2-2 draw for Lillestrom at Ham Kam in the opening game of the Norwegian top league.
He has now scored two goals in as many matches after he joined the Oslo club as a free agent from Norwegian second division Sogndal last year.
Compatriot Igho Ogbu also hit target for Lillestrom, while former CHAN Eagles midfielder Ifeanyi Matthew was also on duty for the home team.
Lillestrom now lead the standings with four points from two matches.
