Questions are now being asked about the future of Ahmed Musa after he did not feature in the first phase of the pre-season training of Turkish club Fatih Karagumruk.
New coach Andrea Pirlo supervised the first phase of the training camp, which ended last week, without the Super Eagles captain.
The second phase of training will begin after the Sallah holidays Tuesday.
It will run till July 24.
Ahmed Musa, 29, signed a two-year contract with the Istanbul club last July as a free agent.
His contract will run out June 2023.
Last season, he netted two goals and made to assists in 31 appearances in the Turkish Super Lig.
I recommend veteran Ahmed Musa to join quality club in a big leauge just like Leeds United , Newcastle United in England; Marsielle or Lyon in France Lig One, Real Betis or Real Socidad and so on . Nigerian players haven’t any vision in joinning clubs like Comeroonian and Ghanian or Ivorian players this because of agents greedy or clubs administrators who demands more transfere money for their demanded Nigerian players, so if thoes players would like to join big clubs they must impose their desire to join big clubs if the contract is long tenure he must demand a lend contract to a big club he would like to join it , after he stay a year with a long contract club or direct his agent to accept big clubs offers.
