Ademola Lookman fired his seventh Serie A goal of the season for Atalanta to climb to the top of the table.
The in-coming CAF Player of the Year will not be denied his goal at Parma as he scored again in the 75th minute to make it 3-1 in favour of his club.
VAR had ruled his goal early in the first half for offside.
He has now scored nine goals in all competitions.
Atalanta are top of the standings in Italy with 28 points from 13 matches, ahead of defending champions Inter Milan on a better goals difference.
