AC Milan will soon fork out 28 Million Euros to sign defender Fikayo Tomori on a permanent basis from Premier League club Chelsea.
Tomori, who is still eligible to play for Nigeria as well as Canada, will be given a five-year contract by Milan, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The player has impressed on loan at Milan.
Milan had hoped Chelsea will review their asking price downwards and so the delay in agreeing this transfer.
Several other Chelsea stars are expected to head for the exit door by this summer as they aim to challenge for the Premier League championship in the new season.
